What every mentor wants to know first.

Who can see what I write?

By default, only you. Every Wisdom Card you capture is Private. It sits in your own Library, attributed to your account. No other mentor, no Patron Mentor, and no Admin can read the body of a Private card. You decide if and when to share. Until you click Share, it does not leave your Library.

One honest exception. The model that turns your reflection into a card reads what you wrote, because that is how the card gets made, and the same is true of the synthesis on your Insights page. Those calls go to Anthropic's API, which does not train on what is sent. No person reads it.

What does the platform deliberately not store?

Founder names, company names and fund names are removed while the card is being drafted, before anything is saved. That applies to every card, including Private cards you never share. The database does not hold a record of who your founder is.

Your recording is never stored either. Voice capture is transcribed by your own browser, so no audio file is created or uploaded, and the raw text you spoke is discarded once the card draft exists. If you use the guided interview, the transcript is deleted the moment your cards are created.

Two limits worth knowing. Name removal is done by the drafting model, so it is not infallible, which is why you review and edit the draft before saving. And a card can still be recognisable from its content: a stage, a sector and a situation together can point at one person even with every name gone. Sharing collapses those combinations. Your own Private cards keep them, because that is what makes them useful to you.

How do I tell my founders apart if names are not stored?

You give each person a codename, chosen by you, on the capture screen. Something only you would recognise, like “the fintech one”. The codename groups your reflections about one person without the platform ever knowing who they are. It is optional, and it never travels to a Shared card, because a stable label attached to several shared cards would let a reader group them by founder.

What happens when I share a card?

Sharing creates an anonymized Shared copy of your Private card. The Private original stays exactly as you wrote it in your own library; the Shared copy is a separate artifact that the rest of the LISA mentor Network can read. Before the Shared copy is published, the platform runs an anonymization pass over the content. Names are already gone by then, so this pass mostly generalizes the details that identify someone in combination: an industry, a stage and a location together. You review the result side by side with the original, you can edit the Shared version yourself before confirming, and your edits are checked by the anonymization pass again on the way out. You can also look at what the Network would see without sharing anything. You can edit your Private notes later without affecting what the Network already saw, and either you or the Patron Mentor can remove the Shared copy at any time. If the Shared copy is removed, your Private original is unaffected and Share becomes available on it again.

Can I attach files to a card?

Yes, on Private cards. Drag a file onto the Attachments panel on any of your Private card detail pages, or click to choose one. Images and PDFs up to 4 MB per file. Attachments stay strictly Private to you; they do not propagate to the Shared tier when you share the card. The blob storage is private and every attachment URL is gated behind your session, so a leaked link is useless without your authenticated browser.

Attachments are the one exception to the rule that names are not stored. A pitch deck or a screenshot carries whatever is printed on it, and the platform does not alter uploaded files. If that matters for a particular document, do not attach it.

How do I know if my pattern is traveling?

Every time another mentor uses Ask the Network and the synthesizer cites one of your patterns, the citation is logged. The card detail page shows "Referenced by N mentors on Ask the Network" whenever at least one mentor (other than you) has referenced it. Your home page surfaces the same signals under "Your impact" so you see your patterns' reach without opening every card.

How does my cohort get set on a card?

Every Wisdom Card carries a byline. The byline composes your name, your role, your LEAD identity (e.g. LEAD Pioneer Cohort), and the LISA cohort you are currently mentoring (e.g. Cohort 12). Set both from your Account settings. When a new LISA cohort begins, change the LISA cohort field; new captures pick up the new value and cards you already saved keep their original byline.

How is my data stored and where?

Wisdom Cards and account information live in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in their US East region. Uploaded attachments on Private cards are stored in a Private Vercel Blob store. Every attachment URL is gated behind your session so a leaked link is useless without your authenticated browser. The platform runs on Vercel infrastructure in the United States. We do not replicate or export data outside these systems. What is stored is your reflection and the pattern drawn from it. Founder identity is not part of it.

Can I delete my own patterns?

Yes. You can permanently delete any Private card you own from either the Library list (small trash icon in the corner of the card) or the card detail page (Delete this card section). The card and any attachments are removed from the database immediately. If a card was shared, either you or the Patron Mentor of your organization can remove the Shared copy from the Network. A Private original cannot be deleted while its Shared copy is still live, so you never end up with a card on the Network that you no longer hold. Your Private original is unaffected by a Shared-side removal; you always retain a Private copy of anything you captured.

Who else has access to my Library?

No one. Private cards are visible only to the mentor who captured them. The Patron Mentor of your organization can see Shared cards (the cards you and other mentors have chosen to share). The organization Admin handles ops (invites, deactivations, activity view) and explicitly cannot read any Private card content. Super Admin owns the platform itself and does not browse organization libraries.

What does anonymization actually remove?

Names are removed earlier, while the card is drafted, so by the time you share there is usually nothing left to redact. What the share pass does is generalize the details that identify someone in combination: an industry plus a stage plus a location, or a metric specific enough to name a company. The pattern, your reflection, the intervention, the powerful questions and the outcome all stay intact, and you remain the attributed author. You see the result next to the original before confirming, and if something is still too close, edit it there yourself.

How does Ask the Network use my patterns?

When another mentor asks the Network a question, the synthesizer only has access to Shared and Public-tier cards. Private cards are never read by Ask the Network. If your shared card is cited in another mentor's answer, the citation is logged so you can see that the pattern traveled. The card byline keeps your name. The synthesizer is Claude Sonnet running with a strict system prompt that requires it to ground every answer in the cited patterns, not in generic AI knowledge.

What happens if I leave the platform?

Tell your organization Admin and they will deactivate your account. Deactivation prevents login. Your Private cards remain in the database but inaccessible. You can also ask for permanent deletion of all your captured patterns and attachments. If you previously shared cards to the Shared tier, those cards stay attributed to you (so other mentors retain context) but the underlying Private copy is removed. We are building a self-serve account deletion flow; until then, email us and we will do it manually within 48 hours.

Who is responsible for the platform?

How do I report a security concern?

Email support@tensorvortex.com with a clear description and, if relevant, steps to reproduce. We treat security reports as the highest-priority class of message. If you find a way to read another mentor's Private content, see data you should not see, or bypass any of the access rules above, we want to know within hours, not weeks.
