What you should know before you sign in.

Mentors trust TensorVortex with reflections from private founder sessions, and founders trust it with their own thinking in Vector. That trust is the product. This page is the short version. If you want the full contract, read the Privacy page.
1. Your private cards stay private
Every Wisdom Card you capture starts in the Private tier. No other mentor, no Patron Mentor and no Admin can read a Private card. The rule is enforced by code at every fetch, not just by hiding the card in the UI. A Private card becomes visible to your organization's Network only if you explicitly click Share, review the anonymized version, and confirm.
The model that drafts your card does read what you wrote, because that is how the card is produced, and the same applies to the synthesis on your Insights page. No person reads it. See point 2.
2. Your data is not used to train any AI model
Claude (Anthropic) is the model that drafts your Wisdom Card structure from your reflection. Anthropic does not train on API inputs. Your reflection is sent at the moment of capture, processed to produce the drafted card, and not retained on Anthropic's side beyond the request. Nothing you capture is used to improve any AI system.
We do not keep it either. The reflection you speak or type is discarded once the draft exists, and voice capture is transcribed by your own browser so no audio file is created. What is saved is the card.
3. Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every request to TensorVortex uses HTTPS. Your account, cards, editorial signals, and activity logs live in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in their US East region, encrypted at rest. Files you attach to Private cards (images or PDFs) live in a private Vercel Blob store and are never served directly from a public URL. Access to your attachments goes through an authorized proxy that checks your session on every request.
4. No third-party data selling. Ever.
TensorVortex has no advertising business, no analytics vendors, and no data brokers. We do not run Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting scripts. The platform uses one cookie: a signed session token that identifies your account. That is it. Your reflections, your attachments, and your identity are not for sale to anyone.
5. You control your data
Delete any Private card at any time from the Library or the card detail page. The card row and its attachments disappear immediately from the database and from blob storage. If you are a founder, delete your entire account yourself, any time, from Account settings: confirm with a fresh sign-in or an emailed code and it is gone immediately, including everything shared with your mentor. If you are a mentor and want your entire account deleted, write to support@tensorvortex.com from the email on file and we will remove your account, your Private cards, your attachments, your invite records, and your session within 48 hours.
6. Your founder is not in our database
Names are removed while the card is drafted, before anything is saved, and that applies to Private cards you never share as well as to shared ones. You refer to the person by a codename you choose, which groups your reflections without the platform knowing who they are.
Two limits, stated plainly. Removal is performed by the drafting model rather than a guarantee, which is why you review the draft before saving. And a card can remain recognisable from its content even with every name gone, because a stage and a sector and a situation together can point at one person. Uploaded files are not altered at all, so a pitch deck carries whatever is printed on it.
This point is about a founder mentioned inside a mentor's captured Wisdom Card: their name is stripped before anything is saved. It is separate from a founder's own account. If your mentor has invited you to use Vector, you do have a TensorVortex account: a display name and an email address, used to sign you in and connect you with your mentor. See the Privacy page for exactly what that account holds and what, if anything, moves to Vector.
7. Passkeys, if you use one
A passkey is a cryptographic key pair generated by your device, not a password we hold. Signing in with it proves you hold the private key, which never leaves your device or your synced keychain if you use one; we only ever see the public half, which is useless for signing in anywhere else. It cannot be phished or guessed, and using it does not type or transmit anything a page running on a different domain could capture.
8. Vector shares only what it needs
Vector is TensorVortex's own product for founders. When you use it, we send Vector your account id, your role, and your display name. We do not send your email address, and neither side of a mentoring pair ever sees the other's id or email, only their display name. Full detail is on the Privacy page.
