The contract between you and the platform.

Eligibility

TensorVortex is invite-only. You can use the platform if a Patron Mentor, Admin, or Super Admin of an organization has issued you an invitation and you have accepted it by setting up your account. You must be a mentor in an affiliated mentor community (today: the Stanford LEAD LISA mentor community) acting in that capacity. If the inviting organization or your Patron Mentor revokes your access, your account is deactivated.

What you agree to do

• Use the platform to capture and share patterns you have observed in your own mentoring practice. Not to publish content authored by someone else as your own.
• Treat the content of any session you participated in with the discretion you would apply outside the platform. The founders you work with did not consent to being identified.
• Anonymize before sharing. The platform helps; the final review before publishing to the Shared tier is yours. Confirm only when the redaction is correct.
• Use editorial signals (essential marks, Patron's Notes, deletions) in good faith and for their stated purpose.
• Keep your password private. Do not share your account with anyone, including co-mentors at the same organization.

What you agree not to do

• Identify any founder, company, or person from a session without their explicit consent. Even in Private notes for your own use, treat identifying details as sensitive.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or defame any person (mentor, founder, staff, or third party).
• Upload content that does not belong to you. This includes other mentors' written work, founder-owned materials, copyrighted material from third parties, or PII not relevant to the pattern you are capturing.
• Attempt to read content you are not authorized to see, bypass access rules, or extract data en masse via the API or otherwise.
• Resell, redistribute, or build a competing product on top of the patterns shared on the platform.

What you own

You own the patterns you capture. Every Wisdom Card you write remains your work, and the byline stays on it whether the card is Private or shared to the Shared tier. When you share a card to the Shared tier, you grant the platform and other mentors of your organization a non-exclusive, revocable license to read, reference, and cite the card within the platform. The Patron Mentor of your organization may add editorial signals (essential marks, Patron's Notes) to your shared cards. You can request the removal of a Shared card you authored at any time by contacting support@tensorvortex.com or your Patron Mentor directly.

What the platform owns

TensorVortex owns the software, the design, the brand, the anonymization pipeline, the synthesis logic of Ask the Network, and the structure that turns mentor reflections into Wisdom Cards. You may not copy, replicate, or distribute the platform itself. The patterns you author are not part of platform IP.

The roles of Patron Mentor and Admin

Each organization on TensorVortex has a Patron Mentor and an Admin. The Patron Mentor holds editorial authority over Shared cards (mark essential, leave Patron's Notes, remove from the Network). The Admin holds operational authority (invitations, deactivations, activity view). Neither role can read your Private cards. By using the platform, you accept that these roles exist and that their actions on Shared content are part of the editorial layer the platform provides. If you believe a role is being used in bad faith, write to support@tensorvortex.com.

Ending the relationship

You can stop using the platform at any time. To deactivate, ask your organization Admin (or write to support@tensorvortex.com). To permanently delete your account and your Private cards, see the Privacy page for the data deletion path. The platform may deactivate or remove an account if a mentor materially violates these terms, with a clear written explanation sent to the email on file.

Warranty and liability

TensorVortex is provided as a tool to support mentor practice. The platform does not replace your professional judgment, and nothing a synthesizer surfaces should be treated as a recommendation binding on you, your founders, or any third party. We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we change the contract. Material changes will also be announced to every active mentor via the email address on file before they take effect.
